Logistics Support Manager

Position Purpose:
Planning, coordinating, and monitoring our logistics operations, such as warehousing, inventory, transportation, and supply chain processes. Responsible for coordinating and tracking logistics and shipping from the starting point to its final destination, prioritizing cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory as well as warehouse, transportation, and other logistics processes
- Develop new strategies to streamline processes and reduce cost
- Ensure that quality, quantity, customer satisfaction, and financial commitments are met
- Perform metrics reporting and data analysis tasks to identify issues and opportunities for process improvements
- Planning routes, analyzing budgets, and processing shipments
- Tracking the status of goods in real-time to ensure contracts are being fulfilled
Qualifications and skills required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, transportation or engineering (or a related filed focusing on coursework in supply chain management, operations, and logistics)
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience in the field
- Capable of self-management, people management and relationship management
- Proven knowledge with financial and budget control
- Expert knowledge of technical regulations related to logistics such as import/export and customs regulations, including security requirements
- Solid understanding of logistics and inventory management software
Benefits:

Salary: $45,000 per annum
Sales Manager

Position Purpose:
Responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets; primarily tasked with hiring and training team members, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and leading generation strategies
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Track sales goals and reporting results as necessary
- Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team
- Develop your sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education
- Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly
- Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
- Promote the organization and products
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 4+ years previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
- Experience in customer relationship management
- Experience managing and directing a sales team

Customer Experience Specialist

Customer Experience Specialist:
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.

Receptionist:
- Gatekeeper: redirect calls, email phone messages to appropriate person.
- Schedule messenger pick-ups and drop offs.
- Boardroom scheduling.
- Organize Friday pick up and deliveries from NJ Warehouse.
- Freight elevator contact person; Prepare building passes for messengers.
- FedEx/DHL/UPS delivery: shipping labels and order products, follow up with deliveries.
- Place orders: Fresh Direct (snacks & beverages) and Staples
- Xerox: orders and service calls;
- Espresso Coffee Machine: orders and service calls;
- Organize events: conference room scheduling; order catering, email catering receipts.
Other:
- Complies with all company policies and procedures; maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
- Completes special assignments and other tasks as assigned.
- Any other tasks the Employer may consider essential in ensuring the normal operations of the Employer’s business processes and that falls into the category of expertise of the Employee.
